Management Training
It's a fact that all successful operations begin with strong and comprehensive training. And we just happen to have one of the most detailed and comprehensive hands-on training programs in the industry. Our management training for franchisees incorporates a 10-12 week training program for up to five managers per store. The training happens at one of our corporate training stores and is overseen by a corporate certified training manager so it's all nice and official. Franchise partners will learn the ins and outs of technical training, management development and marketing. We also offer continuing developmental training so your skills never get rusty. And after the franchise store opens, we will assist the franchisee in establishing an in-store program.

Operational Support
The franchisees are a big part of the Jason's Deli family. And while we learn a lot from the experience they bring into the mix, we want the franchisee to be able to benefit from our 30+ years of operational experience as well. So we've integrated our franchise operations department with our corporate operations department. To keep the love and information flowing, each franchise location is visited regularly by one of our field consultants and all franchisees have direct line to all corporate personnel. To enhance communication, we've also developed the Jason's Deli Portal (our intranet system), which plays a vital role in day-to-day internal communications.

Site Selection & Construction Support
Location. Location. Location. We hate to say it, but it's true. So we will offer you support in finding the absolute best location in your market by assisting you in getting demographics, doing a market orientation trip and a broker referral. Once you have an approved location, we will guide you through the entire construction process. After all, we've done this a couple of times before. You can even use one of our architects or use one of your own. But no matter what, your franchise field consultant will be there to assist you during this process.

Marketing Support
Along with real, good food and happy employees, in-store and relationship marketing are important aspects of a successful deli. So franchisees participate in all in-store promotions and have a whole host of print advertising available to them. Not sure about "relationship marketing?" No worries, we cover that in the franchisee training. There's also a handy online ordering program in our stores as well as an optional store-opening package. So, as always, we've got your back.

Distribution
Jason's Deli Distribution is a division of Deli Management, Inc. That's right, we own our own distribution because fresh food and timely deliveries are that important to us. And it also makes it easy for our franchisees to take advantage of the buying power of the entire Jason's Deli chain. This is a very convenient way to purchase your products at a great savings. Participation is optional, but why would you pass it up?!
